2. Fix and clean up those items or areas that need improvement to maximize your home's exterior curb appeal and interior charm. Remove clutter or items that obstruct the home’s flow.

3. Have your home looking & smelling fresh & clean daily to ensure Buyers that view the home will appreciate your home's qualities.

4. Maxine Hagey & you will work together to consider - and then negotiate with potential buyers - purchase offers & terms on your home.

5. If you are moving to another area, ask Maxine Hagey to provide you with a referral to another Professional Realtor in your new area. 6. Hire a Real Estate Attorney to provide the Abstract of Title & handle any issues that arise. Provide your Attorney's contact information to Maxine Hagey, so that her office can coordinate the closing with all parties. Her office will notify you of the closing date & time.

7. Notify your phone company, utilities (don't forget water and sewer), moving company, post office, newspaper and magazines, friends and family.
